Typical Job Activities
Uses the radio to communicate with listeners
Has an aptitude to communicate with people and especially an invisible audience
Presents music, news, sports, the weather, the time, and commercials
Interviews guests and moderate panels or discussions on their shows
Announces station programming information, such as program schedules and
station breaks for commercials, or public service information
Researches topics for comment and discussion during shows
Reads prepared scripts on radio or television shows
