Description
A Management Analyst, advises a company on how to improve their organization's structure, profits or efficiency. They give advice about how to increase revenue and decrease costs.
Typical Job Activities
Conducts
or directs complex studies, research, analysis, and projects; prepare and
present detailed and comprehensive reports to a variety of audiences
Prepares and monitors annual operating budgets; conduct financial reporting;
track and record departments’ asset records including acquisitions and
disposals
Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day administrative functions for the
business, including but not limited to commodity management, customer
service/billing, and accounts payable/receivable
Prepares bid specifications and scope of work for department projects and
programs
Maintains and organises administrative documents, including but not limited to
division policies, procedures, rates, rules, regulations, forms, notices, and
web page content
Reviews, analyses, and develop recommendations regarding state and federal
legislation
Monitors and ensures timely compliance with regulatory matters and reporting
requirements
Prepares, reviews, and manages new leases, contracts, amendments, user permits,
renewals or extension, with consultants and private contractors; prepare
exhibits and payment schedules for brokerage fees
Reviews and manages real estate disposition agreements
Develops, establishes, administers, and monitors programs, work methods, and
standards; prepare correspondence; review, approve, and deny applications; and
issue vouchers
Oversees, reviews, and modifies bid proposals; reviews invoices and payments
related to projects
Prepares staff reports, agenda items, and resolutions
Drafts and recommends administrative policies and procedures; supervise, train,
motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel; make effective recommendations
regarding promotion, transfer, and disciplinary action of assigned personnel
