Typical Job Activities

Makes a list of properties for sale by following leads obtained from newspaper advertisements and personal contacts
Becomes familiar with the property so that you can show it to potential buyers
Interviews potential buyers to determine their needs
Negotiates a price and terms acceptable to buyer and seller
Arranges a mortgage or other method of payment with a bank, building society or the seller
Follows-up to ensure that the transaction runs smoothly
