South Africa’s most attractive employers 2016

Universum’s 2016 employer rankings was recently released and local professionals had the opportunity to rank organisations based on who they’d most like to work for.

One can no longer deny the importance of company culture and employee satisfaction. A healthy corporate culture is key to attracting top talent. High-performing employees are no longer desperate for ‘just any job’ but are able to pick between competing job offers.

Universum investigated which employers are most attractive in 2016. As such, 21 961 local professionals had the opportunity to rank the organisations they’d most like to work for. From the results, Universum’s 2016 employer rankings were published.
