3. Do your research

Make sure that you’re familiar with the ins and outs of Media24, its operations, and some of its products.

 “You cannot convince us that you would love to work for us if you do not know what we do,” says Arnold. She adds that the biggest mistakes interviewees make, is not researching the details of the company.

 4. Prepare for interview questions

Arnold says that you will be expected to answer competency based questions and technical questions.

This means that you should be able to provide real life scenarios of how you’ve previously dealt with difficult professional situations, while proving that you are up to date with the latest in your industry.

5. Dress comfortably

Media24 wants to meet the real you. As such, Arnold suggests that you come as you are. Media24’s work environment allows each employee to express their individuality through many mediums.
