This is exactly what it feels like having to work during the festive season while everyone else is on holiday.

We’ve reached the last few days of 2016. While many will be using this time to reflect on the year that was, the resolutions that are long forgotten, and new promises to stick to them in 2017, most of us are however looking forward to the upcoming holidays and all its festivities with family and friends.

More specifically, everyone is looking forward to all that time NOT spent in the office...

Except for those of us that don’t have a shutdown period in December…

And those that have no annual leave days to get off…

But it’s not like you’re going to do any real work anyway…

Unless you work in retail or the hospitality industry…

But it still doesn’t stop you from having a serious case of FOMO...

But don’t worry, you’re probably not missing all that much…

Because even though they act like this…

They’re actually experiencing this…

And they’ll come crawling back, more miserable than before…

And by then you’ll have more leave available than them...
