A Store Supervisor manages retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor. Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions and ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.

trains, develops and succeeds high performing and result driven team members
Understands and manages product knowledge and be responsible for Store Team

Assures functionality of domestic and international training programs
Assesses customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive
business
Supervises loss prevention education, training and awareness programs
Assumes responsibility for loss prevention compliance within store
Exceeds inventory and Shrink goals and maintain bi-annual Physical Inventory
Implements and processes incoming and outgoing merchandise
Communicates merchandise opportunities to store manager
Manages strong communication with brand advocate
Engages in new store openings and closings
Comply with operational core competencies and key accountabilities
Works non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays
Delivers extraordinary service to customers
